Use customer badges

Customer badges show visit history such as First Timer, Returning Guest or Regular.

Steps

1. Open Bookings.
2. Look next to the customer name.
3. Review the badge and visit count.
4. Open the booking for more history if needed.

Tips

• Cancelled bookings do not count as completed visits.
