Add a new form element

Use the plus or element list to add extra information to your form.

Steps

1. Open the form designer.
2. Choose an element such as short text, email, phone, date, time, guests, dropdown, checkbox or heading.
3. Drop it into the form.
4. Edit the label and placeholder.
5. Save changes.

• Avoid asking for information you do not need.
