Use the drag-and-drop form designer

Drag-and-drop lets you build forms without code.

Steps

1. Open a form in the designer.
2. Drag an element from Form elements onto the preview area.
3. Move fields into the order you want.
4. Select a field to edit its settings.
5. Save changes.
