Cancel a booking without deleting it

Cancelling keeps the booking in history while removing it from active availability.

Steps

1. Open the booking.
2. Choose Cancelled from the status options or use Cancel booking.
3. Add a reason if prompted.
4. Save changes.

Tips

• Do not delete bookings you need for reporting.
