Accept or reject a suggested shift

Suggested shifts appear as review items before becoming part of the rota.

Steps

1. Open Rota.
2. Find the suggested shift overlay.
3. Select the tick icon to accept it.
4. Select the cross icon to reject it.
5. Save or publish once the rota is correct.

Tips

• Rejected suggestions do not affect the rota.
