Use hotel-specific rota departments

Hotel venues can schedule departments such as Reception, Housekeeping and Night Porter.

Steps

1. Open Rota settings or Departments.
2. Add hotel departments you use.
3. Build shifts in the weekly rota.
4. Review warnings against arrivals and check-outs.

Tips

• Remove departments your venue does not use.
