Cancel a booking as a customer

Customers can cancel from their secure booking link.

Steps

1. Open the manage booking link.
2. Select Cancel booking.
3. Read the confirmation message.
4. Add a reason if requested.
5. Confirm the cancellation.

Tips

• Cancelled bookings stay in venue history.
