Use the horizontal form continue step

Horizontal forms can show a short first step, then ask for notes and dietary details afterwards.

Steps

1. Open the form designer.
2. Choose Horizontal form.
3. Enable the notes/dietary pop-up if you want it.
4. Set the main button text to Continue.
5. Preview the pop-up flow.
6. Save changes.

Tips

• Leave the pop-up off if you want the fastest possible form.
