Request a shift swap

Shift swaps help staff ask for cover without changing the rota directly.

Steps

1. Open My Shifts.
2. Choose the shift.
3. Select Request swap.
4. Choose a replacement if available and add a reason.
5. Submit the request.

Tips

• A manager normally needs to approve swaps.
